For high speed internet service, if not included with your place, here are three possible options:
  • AT&T (www.att.com)
  • Comcast (www.comcast.com)
  • i3 Broadband (https://i3broadband.com/internet/
    (a) you can get 250mb speed which is adequate.
    (b) Rather than get the pods they they sell, a store bought router is fine. I use a Netgear AC1000 R6080 router which can be purchased from Netgear or Walmart
Check with all of these these companies for current pricings and specials.

For those renting single family houses from us, garbage collection is by any of several private companies. Here is a list from the City of Urbana, prices subject to change. Most of these serveboth Urbana and Champaign. We personally use ABC Sanitary and Mel's Disposal, but we doubt there is much difference between these and the others.
