Houses are unfurnished, but stove and refrigerator are supplied. Washer and dryers are in some houses. If not, they can can be supplied for $35/mo

Occupants pay for gas (for heat and hot water heating), water, electricity, garbage collection, and sewer taxes. $10/person/mo is added to the rents for sewer and recycling taxes

We usually require that accounts with the power and, if applicable, water companies be in the names of one or more persons whose name is on the lease. If you need an exception to this, you need to tell us before viewing our houses.

We typically, with an occasional exception, require a deposit equal to one month's rent and the first month's rent paid in full at lease signing. (Those receiving government rent subsidies need pay the deposit plus their share of first month's rent.)
